Executive Leadership Team

Alexis Peciulis

Chief Clinical Officer

Alexis Peciulis is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT106170) and received both her BS in Psychology and MS in Marriage and Family Therapy at California State University Los Angeles. Alexis’ experiences as a Spanish-speaking clinician in the various settings she provided services has fueled her desire to improve the quality of life for children and families in the LatinX community.

Alexis began her career working as a research associate evaluating programs and interventions in public schools that served a majority of BIPOC in urban school districts. Her work on quantitative and qualitative data analysis set a stage for her long-standing community involvement of over 15 years. Alexis has provided bi-lingual therapeutic services in a variety of settings including school-based services, in-home services, family resource center sites, and child welfare services. Her experience has allowed her to hone her skill for a multi-dimensional approach to learning about community needs.

Throughout her career, she has focused on serving Spanish-speaking families and raised issues of inequity and injustices from the lack of culturally relevant and meaningful therapeutic services. Alexis has taken care to lift the voices of community members through facilitation of support groups, planning and directing community action groups, and participating in committees, and cross-county meetings.
