Training & Connections to Good Jobs & Careers

We know that it is hard to find a job that fits when people are working to overcome challenging times in their lives. Employers can have unfair bias against those who have immigranted recently, experienced a mental health crisis, or had involvement with the criminal justice system.

It can be even more difficult to find jobs that turn into careers and make enough money to support a family. We work with teens and adults to find and showcase their unique abilities, sharpen their skills, and get great jobs.

Our friendly team members sit with you to talk about the type of work that you are most interested in and build plans for your future, which can involve paid trainings and hands-on experience. We teach you how to talk about your unique situation in a authentic, employer-friendly way and navigate the application and interview process. We can help plan for childcare needs and overcome other barriers to ensure that you can build consistency in your work habits.

Our employment coaches have helped hundreds of individuals with similar circumstances, and many have first-hand experience overcoming these same barriers. They know how to help you get your first paycheck, your first promotion, and your next-level job.

Looking for Jobs training services?

A lot of times it's almost like you EXPECT to be told 'no' when looking for a new job because of your background but here that's not even a thought.

It’s really about being able to communicate with someone and not rule somebody out because of a choice from their past that they have put behind them in this new life or one that they’d like to move passed now. And if you can show that you’re in this to provide and show up for you or your family then you deserve to also get a shot as a committed worker.
