What we do / Diversion and ReEntry

Judgement-Free Jobs & Services to Help You Rebuild Your Life

Our Diversion and ReEntry Team knows that it is often difficult for people to start over after contact with the police or the courts and the results of those experiences. It's hard to face prejudice from employers and landlords and stay connected needed services and treatment. We know. We've been there.

We work with these community members to make a plan that fits their specific circumstances and take action so they can feel stable and supported. We meet with you individually and provide group trainings provided by team members who have past experience with the criminal justice system and have changed their lives. We help you meet one of the most common needs, employment, by providing on-site training and paid work until we can help connect you to a local job.

At the same time, we help you access counseling and substance use treatment that may be required by Probation, including providing help with transportation and other barriers.
