Tejasi Bilgi
DEPUTY CHIEF CLINICAL OFFICER
Tejasi is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) with over 15 years of experience working in the areas of substance use and mental health treatment. She has also worked with the refugee and immigrant population, providing psychotherapy to those who presented with extreme PTSD as a result of politically driven torture. In her previous roles, Tejasi has been a trainer, responsible for developing and delivering trainings on various topics including trauma informed care, LGBTQ RISE, CANS, and many more. As a clinical supervisor, Tejasi has offered guidance and clinical oversight to MFT trainees and associates. Along with her clinical experience, Tejasi has also held positions with management responsibilities, including building new programs from the ground up.
When not working, Tejasi loves gardening, going for long walks and karaoke-ing. She believes in “lifelong learning” and draws inspiration from the people around her. As a mother of two (not so little) kids, Tejasi believes in the power of relationships, community and a sense of belongingness.
