Sarah Voit, MSW
FESCO PROGRAMS DIRECTOR
Sarah Voit, FESCO’s Program Director, is responsible for program evaluation and overseeing the delivery of direct services for FESCO’s housing and supportive services programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Community Mental Health. Before joining FESCO in 2012, Sarah managed multiple permanent supportive housing sites for individuals and families experiencing homelessness and developed comprehensive programming for children in emergency shelter and supportive housing settings.
With over 20 years of experience working with the unhoused population and 27 years providing community-based services for underserved communities, Sarah has dedicated her career to helping low-income individuals and families achieve stability and success in their educational, health, and economic goals. Since joining FESCO, she has led her “small but powerful” team in implementing high-quality programming rooted in self-sufficiency—one family at a time.
Beyond her professional expertise, Sarah’s deep connection to the families FESCO serves comes from her own lived experience of homelessness as a child. This personal journey fuels her passion and commitment to making a lasting impact in the lives of those facing similar challenges.
